Debbie Wolland is the President and Owner of The JDS Marketing Group, Ltd. Located in Centreville, VA. To date, JDS has successfully negotiated over 150 GSA Federal Supply Service Information Technology Schedules and over 50 others, including Professional Engineering Services (PES), LogWorld, MOBIS, Environmental Services, Facilities Maintenance, Energy Management Services, and more.
With close to 200 clients, ranging from small disadvantaged businesses to Fortune 1000 firms, JDS has excelled in the preparation, submission and negotiation of GSA Schedule contracts for over 11 years. JDS works closely with all clients after Schedule award to assist in contract administration, marketing, training and compliance issues.
Lynda Sabochick, Expert Pricing Analyst
Lynda Sabochick has close to 20 years of accounting, analytical and government contracting expertise. From an auditing position at Price Waterhouse, Ms. Sabochick became the Financial Controller of the Sands Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City. Ms. Sabochick then became the Business Manager for Readiness Management Support, L.C. (RMS), a $500M per year Government Contractor.
Lynda joined JDS in 2003 and now provides price analysis, pricelist review, modification support and analytical services to more than 30 clients representing over 50 manufacturers.
Stephanie Gaynord, Contracts Administrator
Stephanie Gaynord, a graduate with a Bachelorís Degree in Marketing from East Tennessee State University (ETSU), joined JDS in 2007. As a contracts administrator her responsibilities include proposal preparation, modification submission and tracking, small business subcontracting plan development and solicitation review.
